Since 2009, we have been designing, printing and applying digitally produced graphics for motocross bikes. During manufacture, we source and use the highest grade materials that are commercially available which has some very important characteristics which ensure the longevity of the product.

These characteristics include the highest quality print surface which also has a very high tack adhesion, air release channels and laminate to match. We are able to produce a product which can be seen on professional race teams in Australia, Europe and the USA. 
 

Our Process: Before we can hit the keyboard, we need to know what bike/year/model you have to ensure we get the best template to match the plastics on your bike. We also need to know what number to put on the number boards and any logos you would like to add. We can add any vector based logos to your graphics to personalise your graphics to your needs. Once we design something, we then email you to confirm the design prior to production. At this stage it is crucial that all details are checked carefully as the design will be produced as per the proof. Also, colour can vary on your screen compared to physical print due to the colour makeup of digital light vs. ink on vinyl. Colour samples can be provided if required before production as part of this design phase. An additional charge may be incurred during this design phase if more than three proofs are needed. The production stage involves printing, laminating, cutting, weeding and packaging your graphics to get them ready for installation. We supply install instructions or we can apply your new graphics to your plastics for an extra cost. We reccomend applying your new graphics to new plastics to ensure the best result possible.
